Victor Ronis-Tobin, Ph.D., President
Victor is a Health Psychologist with broad
clinical experience as well as experience in
the translation of medical and clinical
dynamics to an information technology
format. He shepherded the development of
multiple research databases, and most
recently guided the development of a
database solution for the Smoking-
Cessation Program at the Memorial-Sloan
Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY.
Victor has trained, supervised and directed
staff in clinical settings including in-patient,
outpatient and residential treatment
centers. He received his doctorate from
Yeshiva University’s Ferkauf School of
Psychology.
Audrey Ronis-Tobin, Vice President,
Marketing
Audrey Ronis-Tobin is an experienced
Marketing Strategist who ran a successful
marketing consulting practice. She has
experience with startups and Fortune 500
companies, working in a variety of industries
including medical devices and technology,
biotechnology, homebuilding,
telecommunications, financial services and
not-for-profit. Audrey started her career as
a business journalist, serving as the
managing editor at an international
business features publication and helping to
launch an aviation magazine. She has an
MBA from New York University and a
Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The
Ohio State University.
Alexander Komarovskiy, CTO
Alex is an accomplished Software
Programmer. He was a Senior Developer for
the online trading system for the securities
lending department at the Bank of New York
and Project Leader for the database
systems that manage the publication of
research by brokers and analysts for
Thomson Financial. Alex has experience in
building stand-alone and web-based
applications for data collection, data
analysis and presentation interfaces using
multiple programming tools, and in different
programming environments.
Ilan Friedman, Vice President, Business
Development
Ilan is an entrepreneur and the founder of
Ncompas, a consulting firm assisting Israeli
and American clients in succeeding in
international business. Ncompas’s services
include strategic design; market research;
marketing; identification and pursuit of
business opportunities, strategic partners,
clients or investors; and personnel and
executive search. Prior to founding his own
company, Ilan worked with two multi-national
communication companies, and also spent
almost five years as an executive with the
most effective bi-national trade organization
focused on the Israeli market: the American-
Israel Chamber of Commerce, Southeast
Region. Ilan received his bachelor’s degree
in Finance and International Business from
the Ohio State University, and his MBA in
International Business from Georgia State
University.
